Preparing Homes for Rental - POA

Staging a property for rental will help keep it occupied instead of empty with you receiving no revenue.  We can also help when the tenant has left and the property needs refurbishment.  Again, this is not interior design and not for personal use, so costs are kept as low as possible, so apart from repairs that may be required, the home is made clean, bright and welcoming to attract those new tenants

Gift Certificates - £50 per room

Know someone who is moving, or has just moved in to their new home?  Why not surprise them with a gift certificate?  The certificate is supplied with an appropriate and attractive greeting card to go with the occasion, along with a questionnaire.  The recipients then complete the questionnaire and return with the gift certificate and photos of the room they require assistance with.
