Our design solutions are not off-the-cuff exercises in creativity.  We use tried and tested property styling approaches that are derived from experience on previous developments and residential property sales presentation.  Our backgrounds also include Interior Design training and qualification,  as well as full training to the highest level in all aspects of property presentation by television’s Ann Maurice, the original “House Doctor™”.

The Process

Our flexible approach responds to the needs and time constraints of property development firms.  Our first step is to visit the site and consult with you to understand the development you are building and its target market.

After acquiring as much information as possible, along with full details of your requirements and budget specifications, we will compile a detailed services proposal.

Once designs are agreed, we will link up our ordering and production processes with your schedule of works to ensure that all necessary items are on site at the correct time.

We will consistently keep you informed as to the status of the project to ensure that specifications are being adhered to, and that plans are being followed accurately on site.  Towards the end of the build, we will complete a snagging list of all unfinished works, and make certain all furniture and accessories are delivered ready for placement.  Once you have finished all works, we would spend an entire day arranging thorough cleaning of each property, and then complete the staging ready for showing.
